Manager In Training
Serenity is seeking a Manager in Training for our Cherry Creek-Denver office. This is a unique opportunity with fast growth into a full leadership role within Serenity (i.e., Assistant Management, Operations Management, Regional Management, etc.). Our program training includes rotations at various clinic roles so that the manager in training has a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and how to lead people. One of the primary responsibilities of our managers is to connect with our patients and promote the right medical solutions needed to take back their lives. This is successfully accomplished through providing our patients with compassion and understanding and educating them on the medical treatments Serenity offers.

What You Will Learn with Training
- 1–3-month total of rotations in various clinic positions including TMS, Office Admin, and Patient Care Manager.
- Be able to overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's healthcare options.
- Passionately educate every customer about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for members and peers.
- Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
- Consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, status of overall well-being, and medication history.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of Supervisory experience or currently studying in a business-related field.
- Confidentiality in resolving common patient or customer concerns.
- Passion for helping people in a patient-centric culture.
- A quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- A desire to grow into a leadership position within Serenity, and willingness to be coached.
- A fast paced and challenging work environment.
