Tremco is currently searching for a Manager of Finance Transformation.
**
**This position will help lead the transformation of the Tremco CPG Inc. accounting and finance function by driving the migration of certain processes to centralized global service centers, critically evaluating existing processes and acting on opportunities for optimization and incorporating automation and digitization into everyday processes. The Manager of Finance Transformation must have a high business acumen and strong technical accounting capabilities to bridge the gap between the operations and accounting. This role will also lead special ad hoc projects within the accounting and finance group and assist with the monthly financial statement close process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate transformation opportunities by working with business owners, Tremco leadership and outside consultants, as necessary, to identify opportunities for improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitization in the accounting department globally.
• Onboard entities to the close management software used by Tremco and train the businesses on how to use the software and best practices.
• Serve as the administrator for the close management software.
• Work with business owners to develop and implement a plan to migrate certain accounting and finance functions to the global service center.
• Work with the global service center and business owners to optimize processes and reduce pain points.
• Aggregate and review all monthly restructuring activity within the Group and report to Corporate.
• Lead efforts to collect quarterly data from all global teams to perform the Group’s profit in inventory calculation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 Years of Experience and/or training
• CPA
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with SAP, FloQast, or OneStream a plus
• Digital Certifications a plus

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $140,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
