Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage People data and analytics for NASB through reporting, dashboards and insights.
  • Review current Compensation and People systems and processes for efficiency and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop tools to Support the delivery of compensation solutions that support business objectives.
  • Support the administration of compensation programs including annual merit increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Perform audits on People data elements, including but not limited to base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, and job evaluations.
  • Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices to ensure pay equity.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
  • 6+ years of progressive compensation or people data analytics experience
  • Candidate should be familiar and have universal understanding of compensation programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork.
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in NYC, is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
