Role and Responsibilities

Manage People data and analytics for NASB through reporting, dashboards and insights.

Review current Compensation and People systems and processes for efficiency and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Develop tools to Support the delivery of compensation solutions that support business objectives.

Support the administration of compensation programs including annual merit increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.

Perform audits on People data elements, including but not limited to base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, and job evaluations.

Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices to ensure pay equity.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting

6+ years of progressive compensation or people data analytics experience

Candidate should be familiar and have universal understanding of compensation programs.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets.

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and ambiguity.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork.
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in NYC, is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
