About the Manager Role: We are looking for positive team players, who like to work hard, have fun, and embrace the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Our managers lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- You could become a Department Manager with responsibilities that include managing systems within the People, Kitchen or Guest Services Departments. For example: Training, Food Safety, and overall Guest Satisfaction.
- Our managers set daily, weekly and monthly targets. They lead their teams to achieving those targets every day.

Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
