Who are we hiring?

The Account Management team in the Global Partnerships Department oversees 100+ partnerships operating across all of MSG’s sports and entertainment properties. The partnership portfolio features long-standing blue-chip partners including JPMorgan Chase, Delta, Pepsi, Anheuser-Busch, Verizon, and Lexus, as well as leading brands in the emerging sports gaming and crypto categories such as DraftKings, Caesars, BetMGM, Coinbase and Socios.com. The core responsibilities of the Manager include delivering all hospitality fulfillment, budget maintenance, internal and external relationship building, and department operations. The Manager will be involved with a variety of accounts within the portfolio of partners. Responsibilities may vary for each partner. The Manager will also need to be a skilled relationship builder to collaborate across various departments within MSG and effectively deliver on the contractual hospitality obligations specific to each partner.

What will you do?
  • Assisting Account Management in delivering against contractual hospitality obligations while simultaneously exploring new opportunities
  • Develop unique experiential elements to deliver on partner initiatives
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders, clients, partners and/or agencies to drive client initiatives
  • Lead event day activations across the partner landscape ensuring execution is meeting partner and MSG standards
  • Managing day-to-day responsibilities for department including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, CRM, among others


What do you need to succeed?
  • Four-year degree Business Management Education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • 4+ years of strategic consulting or account management experience; particularly in sports or entertainment sector
  • Knowledge of the national sports and entertainment marketplace
  • Experience in account management
  • Experience developing new concepts leading to incremental revenue
  • Experience in project management from a leadership role in both conceptualizing plan and execution
  • Experience with event management and creating solutions to meet partner hospitality needs
