Job description
Mills Manor Assisted Living is seeking full time maintenance for 40 hours per week.
Abilities include:
*Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
*Principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical
*Principles of heating and cooling systems
*Knowledge of safe cleaning chemicals
*Ability to understand and relate well to seniors
*Must be flexible and able to work within a diverse team
*Willingness to travel and work with other facilities
This position will ensure the maintenance and building needs are met for the facility. Duties include ensuring cleanliness of facility, turnover of vacated units, preventative maintenance, ordering supplies and materials while staying within budget, onsite building repairs as needed, maintenance of the grounds including snow removal and lawn care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
