Job description
Bristol Village is looking for a Full Time Maintenance worker to work 40 hours per week. Shifts will be 7-3pm and/or 3-11pm. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a good communicator, a good multi-tasker, and enjoy working with the elderly.
Candidate should have general knowledge relating to sprinkler systems, generators, fire alarm systems, ventilation systems, and boilers. Job duties will include, but not be limited to overall upkeep and maintenance, cleaning including custodial duties, painting, and repairing of the residence and surrounding grounds.
Employee will receive Paid Time Off and be eligible to elect Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, and participate in 401k.
