Calling all maintenance workers! We currently have an excellent opportunity for full-time maintenance work with a well-known non-profit in Honolulu.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the facilities on the property are maintained and kept clean and safe. You can expect to be performing inspections one minute, and meeting with contractors the next.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will thrive at multi-tasking and balancing a variety of responsibilities.

$19 an hour
Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance related to electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Maintain grounds by sweeping walkways and parking lot and managing foliage and lighting.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property.
• Assist Operations Manager and facilities committee with special projects as assigned.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance including changing oil, annual safety inspection, tire rotation, parts replacement, and repairs.
• Assist with site tours, transportation, and coordination of guest events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance equipment and systems.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
