Maintenance Technician (Electronics) Entry Level
Full Job Description
Maintenance technician will perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks on Welltec tool Electronics and surface Panels. The job will focus on testing, troubleshooting, repair of and inspecting of solder points within electronics boards. The position requires for candidate to live within the Minot, ND area.

Job responsibilities include:

· Detect malfunction in equipment to diagnose problem and repair.

· Install and repair electrical equipment.

· Assemble, inspect, and test electronics cartridges.

· Perform electronic troubleshooting.

· Perform electronic checkouts.

· Perform electronic board inspections.

· Perform electronic redress.

· Assist and manage spare parts inventory.

· Interface with operations management to ensure workshop priorities are met daily basis.

· Embrace and utilize all Welltec systems (IR’s, Redress System), which you will be trained on.

· Draft Incident investigation and damage reports, technical bulletins, and best practices, etc.

· From time to time, assisting with shipping and receiving of equipment

· Use PPE when required and observe HSE policies

Key Skills:

• Position is for Entry-Level applicants with strong tool handy skills.
• Detail oriented and highly proactive.
• Able to understand basic concepts of Voltage, current and Resistance.

· Able to use a multimeter, insulation testers, LCR, solder station.

· IPC 610/620 certification is a plus.

• Problem solving analysis and troubleshooting.
• Associates degree in electronics or Similar, equivalent work experience of minimum of 1 year is also valid.
• Interpret blueprint and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Forklift operator is a plus.
