Maintenance Technician:
Goldleaf Development has been professionally managing rental properties since 1977. We are committed to high quality work, attention to detail and great customer service. If you are passionate about providing great maintenance work to apartment homes, we may have a position that is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
· Able to perform daily maintenance tasks in an apartment complex environment
· Appliance repair and troubleshooting is beneficial, not required
· Electrical wiring is beneficial, not required
· Plumbing knowledge beneficial, not required
Applicants should:
· Be able to understand and follow instructions from supervisor
· Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Be timely and efficient
· Have interpersonal skills to interact with residents and co-workers
· Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle to use on a daily basis
