DIRECT Hiring for Maintenance Technicians to perform Industrial Maintenance located in New Boston. Company offers very affordable Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, 401K, bonuses and so much more!

Maintenance Technicians work on rotating schedules: 6pm-6am or 6am-6pm

Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Repair of assembly and material handling equipment
• Servicing and preventive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructions
• Rebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)
• Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipment
• Detailed recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis in SAP
• Effective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and workorders
• Proposals for job related and organization related improvements
• Use of tools for calibration

Experience Required:

• 3 years experience in a maintenance department in the automotive industry
• Technical knowledge and skills in electric, SPS (Siemens), CNC, robot technique, electric hydraulics, electric pneumatic, measuring technique, power drive technique, BUS system (ASI, Profil)
• EDP knowledge
• Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
