We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Tech at Glenwood Pointe, an apartment complex located in Twinsburg.
Experience in vacant apartment prep, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry wanted.
Interested individuals need to have reliable transportation and own hand tools.
M-F daylight hours with rotating on-call responsibilities.
Must be able to pass background check.
