The Comfort Inn of Livonia is a hospitality leader in the market, providing guests with a warm, friendly environment and staff, exceptional service that truly makes the difference in our guest experience and satisfaction. The hotel is a 101 room, 3-story building with a brick facade. The hotel is currently undergoing a full-scale property renovation to begin by Fall of 2023.
We are looking for a Full-time, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance staff and be responsible for providing maintenance repairs to guest rooms, public areas, back of house operations and administrative offices - repairs may include drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC heating & cooling units, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, lock, door, and window repairs. Maintenance Technicians are also responsible for the upkeep of the outside grounds, both daily and seasonally.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (5) years previous maintenance experience in the areas of landscaping, painting, and general repairs and building maintenance.
- This position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to learn and advance their skills and build a career in hospitality Maintenance.
- The hotel is a 24/7 operation and as such requires will include some evenings, holidays and weekends.
