Job description
Geneva Center is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team:
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out
- Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the facility
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same
- Experience with Life Safety survey requirements
- Complying with all safety norms and regulations set by the facility
- Maintain the exterior facility grounds
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
