Allure of Stockton is looking for a part - time maintenance director. 3 days a week.

A Maintenance Director will be required to maintain the facility and grounds in a safe and good working condition. Some other tasks a Maintenance Director may be called upon to do include:
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
- Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
- Attention to detail
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
- Clean interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to administrator
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to administrator
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
- Transportation of residents to their appointments, picking up a new admissions from the hospital.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
