Peregrine Senior Living is looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant who enjoys seniors and working with a team in a Senior Living Community.

This role will be assisting and is supervised by the Maintenance Director.

Includes but not limited to: apartment renovation, general building upkeep/preventative maintenance and light grounds duties.

Experience preferred in large apartment complex setting and/or senior living community, with focus on building systems, & life safety.

Schedule: Full- Time Position, Day Shift, (Weekdays 7:30a or 8a to 4p or 4:30p) & Rotating Weekends (7a-3:30p)

Starting at $19.00/hr DOE
