Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday-Friday 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (training will be on first shift)

Purpose of the Position
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery in department to meet goals and safety standards.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Operate a machine press, palletizer, cuber, loader/unloader, wrapper, kiln, crawler.
- Follow all LOTO policies and procedures and ensure the Team does as well.
- Willing and able to produce high quality units by following strict Company Standard Operator Procedures.
- Achieve Master Block Maker Certification.
- Recognize all internal and ASTM quality standards.
- Able to perform light electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Clean in accordance with 5S program.
What is Needed for the Position
- Education: High School Diploma/GED is preferred, not required
- Experience: Machine operator experience, mechanical experience, forklift experience. Construction experience is a plus.
- Language: Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English or Spanish language
- Technology: MS Office: Word, Excel, knowledge of how to use hand tools, multi-meters, pneumatic tools.
- Physical Demands: The employee is to regularly Stand; Walk; Climb or balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; the employee is regularly Sit; Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk or hear. Ability to lift to 80 pounds.
