You will be responsible for running, changing over and maintaining the quality of the products on our highly automated production lines in our Chicago plant.

2nd shift position, 3pm- 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities & Job Content

• Utilize computer and electronic measuring devices to check and log the quality of the product
• Run Product Efficiently that meets all safety and quality standards
• Complete 5S tasks throughout the plant
• Show the desired and driven to gain additional knowledge on the running of machines.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues on equipment

This is what you offer:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a factory setting, operating machinery (preferably with higher level automated machines).
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and ability to communicate with all levels of employees and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be on their feet for 8 hours, able to lift 50 lbs, and availability to work overtime when necessary.
