Equipment Operator Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
• Read, analyze, and follow blueprints and sketch designs (including computer-aided design (CAD) and/or computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) files)
• Set-up, calibrate, maintain, and repair machinery and machine tools as needed
• Align and place tools, cutters, guides, and stops correctly in the machine
• Ensure machine parts are made to correct specifications by reading design manuals, blueprints, sketches, etc.
• Observe and monitor input/output, accuracy, and efficiency of the machine

Equipment Operator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 6:30AM-6:30PM
• Night Shift, 6:30PM-6:30AM
• 2 by 2 by 3 scheduled
• We also have a 6AM-2:30PM (Mon-Fri)

Machine Operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
• 1-year experience in related position (job or apprenticeship)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to work in the US.
