As a Production Machine Operator, you will use your talent for all things technical to help us produce some of the world’s most recognizable products. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Making Things Happen – Produce high-quality finished goods that make mornings better for our consumers. As you create excellent products, you’ll also ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
  • Setting the Pace – Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance. With your help, we’ll continue to lead the way in efficiency and safety!
  • Demonstrating Accountability - Follow all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices as you perform key tasks. Your passion for precision and ability to work as directed will assure your success.
  • Connecting with Colleagues – Collaborate with people from all walks of life in a teamwork-oriented environment. We’ll rely on you to show strong communication skills, flexibility, and openness to partnering with others to achieve goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate machinery
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
  • A great sense of humor
