Job description

This is more than loading a machine and pushing a button. We are looking for someone who will be engaged and excited about this opportunity.

The person will eventually need to know how to fix the machine themselves if it stops running, problem-solving skills is a must. This is 100% hands on/on the job training. This person will be expected to take notes and help us create a training guide with what they learned. The goal is to have this machine running 24/6 so weekend availability will be necessary down the road.

Hours are 1st Shift: 7am-3pm and 2ndShift 3pm-11pm. It is common to work 10-12 hours on one shift. This person would train for about a month on 1st shift and then move to 2nd. The Pay Rate is $18/hr

Only serious candidates should inquire. We would like to see a resume, or this person be presented before we bring them in. We would also like to bring them in for the day (we will pay them for their time) so we can give them an orientation before they start training so the associate can make sure this is a good fit for them.

The following candidate must possess the following:

• Operator machining background is a plus
• Must be able to read and write either English an/or Spanish (they will be taking notes)
• Able to lift 10lbs.
• Has basic technological skills
• Able to troubleshoot/problem solve
• Mechanical aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
