• The anticipated wage range for this position is $32 - $34 / hour
• $1,500 Sign On / Retention Bonus Available
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 10am-6pm (flexible on these hours)

• Assists in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment, which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents. Ensures the confidentiality of all resident information is maintained and the residents’ privacy is respected.
• Supervises and directs resident assistants. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in the performance of supervisory/personnel tasks with the understanding that the responsibilities are not routine or limited to resident care matters. Maintains a safe, clean, environment in the residence by delegating job responsibilities.
• Works closely with all departments and staff, sensitizing them to residents’ health matters in general and specific health concerns to individual residents.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Writes service plan with appropriate goals, problems, and revisions, based on resident needs.
• Receives reports on all residents. Works in conjunction with Director of Assisted Living updating the plans of care at least every 3 months for residents or as necessary.
• Orders and administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician. Documents and reviews medication and treatment sheets for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physicians orders, and in compliance with professional standards, federal and state regulations, and residence procedures.
• Monitors responses to existing treatment plans, aware of prominent medication interactions and side effects; monitors residents for occurrence of such and notifies physician/responsible party. Adheres to infection control policies and procedures.
• Counts controlled substances with off-going nurse; assumes responsibility for assuring accuracy of count before accepting keys. Secures and corrects reconciliation of controlled substances during tour of duty.
• Assures the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room and the security of discontinued medicine is in accordance with federal and state regulations, and community policies and procedures.

• LVN/LPN license (current)
