Shifts : Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:00)
Job description- Experienced LPN offering expertise in geriatric and rehabilitative care. Strong assessment, clinical and communication skills seeking a home health position. Can bring dedication and energy to the task of providing comprehensive patient care and creating a comfortable patient environment. Skilled at monitoring and sterilizing medical equipment, coordinating with doctors to provide basic patient care, and completing patient status assessments hence proficient with EPIC Charting systems. Specialize in coordinating between patients and families to facilitate communication and optimize care
Responsibilities-
Performing minor medical operations.
Cleaning wounds.
Drawing blood.
Maintaining emergency room care standards.
Assisting with insurance paperwork.

State License
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
