Position: LVN/LPN LTC
Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (3:00PM - 11:30PM)
Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend
Job Location: 2015 Hennepin Avenue North, Glencoe, MN 55336
Orientation: All Hours Billable
Job description- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse, is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history and assisting patients with hygiene.
Responsibilities-
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.

Requirements:
1 or 2 yrs. of LTC recent experience required
Valid State License
BLS/ CPR certification required
