Title: LTC LVN/LPN (Long-Term Care Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse)
Location: Hallock, Minnesota
Duration: 13 Week Renewable Contract
Experience: At least one year of experience required
Job Duties:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Follow all policies and procedures related to patient care and facility operation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- One year of experience working as an LVN/LPN in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
