Job Description: LIVE OAK REHABILITATION CENTER is seeking to hire Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team! We are a 99 bed facility dedicated skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our clinical team and provide our residents with a care experience that will change their lives! We offer competitive salaries that are negotiable depending on previous education and nursing home experience

Shift: FT PM 3PM-11PM

PT PM 3PM-11PM 2 days

PT NOC 11PM-7AM 3 days

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Requirements
Valid CA LVN License

Current BLS or CPR Certification

Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
Mental maturity to deal with fast-paced environment
Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants
Oversee the care and wellbeing of your assigned residents
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
Complete charting and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
Orient and welcome new residents and families.
