Schedule Notes:1x nights 7p - 7a Rapid Response The facility does rotating shift. 2 on 2 off and ever 3-day weekend. Example: Work Monday and Tuesday. Off: Wednesday and Thursday. Work: Friday Saturday Sunday. 3x12
Education: High School or Associate
Certification: LPN (License and certification), Covid Vaccine.
