Job description
GentleBrook is looking for an experienced LPN to join our team at our Assisted Living / Memory Care located in Hartville, Ohio.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Pay & Schedule Availability:
- $25.00-$25.50/hour
- Full - Time 9p-5:30a

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Must have a clean background check, drug screen and driving record
- Must have an Ohio driver license
- Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license
- Must have experience working in assisted living or long term care facility
- Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is preferred but not required
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift
- Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid
- Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area
- Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes
- Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility
