!! URGENT TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) IN GLOVERSVILLE NY!!

A facility in Gloversville, NY is looking for an LPN to work in the MS Unit.
Position Details:
- 2 years of LPN experience required.
- 1 year of travel experience preferred.
- Active BLS & NYS LPN License
- Skilled Nursing experience required
Assignment Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours/week |Overnight
- Med-Surg Unit
Rates:
Local Weekly Gross Before Tax: $1,548

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
- Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
- Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
- Update patient records in a confidential manner
- Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
- Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
- Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
- Move patients from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
