E. A. Hawse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an License Practical Nurse (LPN)

E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center opened in 1985 and is a 60 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services.

Position Summary (LPN): $3,000 Sign On Bonus (full time) Days

• Direct the operations of patient services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and patient directives.
• Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Education/Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses and must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of West Virginia.
• License must be current, unencumbered, and active in the state of West Virginia or Multi-State Licensed.
