Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

New Hire Benefits:

• Graduated Pay Scale Structure

- Employees will have the opportunity to make up to $16.00 per hour with no leadership or management experience and/or training required.

- Employee must reach 90 days of employment with Chick-fil-A Temple; must be qualified to work in the front and back of house of the restaurant; must be full-time status (part-time employees do not qualify); must be in good standing with the company; and must have open scheduling availability with no restrictions.

• $2,500 Scholarship Opportunity

- Employee must be enrolled in an college or university; must work for Chick-fil-A Temple at the time of scholarship application; and part-time and full-time employees are welcome to apply.

• Paid Vacation Days

- Employee must be full-time status and benefit starts after one full year of employment with Chick-fil-A Temple.

• Retirement Program with 3% matching

- Employee must be full-time status and have worked for Chick-fil- A Temple for at least 2 years.

• Health Insurance

- After 90 days of service any full-time employee will qualify for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Qualified employees will receive cost structure and other insurance benefits from our

3rd party vendor.

• Free Employee Meals

- Employees working more than 5 hours a day will qualify for a free employee meal.
