Job Title: Material Logistics Specialist
Pay Rate: $30 to 35/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC

• Order Execution responsibility of Generator, CPSL, and "ship direct" items for new apparatus projects.
• Respond to PCMs to drive ordering of required components.
• Interface with engineering and supply management colleagues to achieve on-time deliveries.
• Prepare export documents for shipping parts to various international project sites ensuring compliance with US customs rules and regulations within Operating Companies in the US.
• Coordination of export activities for parts with customs brokers or authorized forwarding companies.
• Extend material masters in SAP/OPP for planning the supply of materials using MRP, lead time, planning, and bombs.
• Issue requisitions to Procurement Specialists in SAP/OPP to obtain generator parts.
• Review and report on product availability to ensure sufficient quantities of products are on hand to meet on-time delivery against customer demand.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

• 2 + years of SAP experience.
• Proficient with computers, especially the use of SAP.
• Understanding of BOMs, drawing structure, and engineering specifications.
• Basic knowledge of generator components and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills with local and international colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems.
• Independent, but team-oriented work style.
• HS Diploma or GED Required/ BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Charlotte, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
