Job Title: Depot Supply Systems Logistician

Job Description:

This position will support the LG Capability Enablers task in Bld. 70 at WPAFB. The self-motivated employee in the position will research supply, write research papers, present and brief as required by the Government Functional Manager. The employee will work with Government functional managers, Program Offices, internal/external contractors, and Air Staff personnel, in procedure and process development, technical support, analysis requirements determination, and training requirements in support of the Contractor Supported Weapon System (CSWS) program. The employee will also respond to higher headquarters tasks including receiving, analyzing, developing, coordinating and submitting task responses to the required office. Additionally, the employee will provide support for the development and coordination of audit responses, recommendations, and implementation of the recommendations.

Candidates must have a background in Air Force supply chain logistics (wholesale or retail) as well as have knowledge of the AFSC organizational structure, management experience of Government Funded Property/Equipment (GFP, GFE), Inventory control point (ICP). The demonstrated ability to do staff work is highly desired.

Required Skills/Education:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 10 years of experience. Alternatively, candidates can qualify with 15 years of experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
