Experienced Loan Officers

We offer up to 2.25% comp plan and have volume and marketing incentives. We specialize helping loan officers grow their business and close more loans per month. We help loan officers build teams, learn how to work with assistants and more. With 25 years in the mortgage industry, we know how to succeed in any market.

Coaching Program

If you want to earn $100,000 in additional to your own loan volume in the mortgage industry this year, we have a unique, proven system that is only available at Superior Mortgage Lending. This system has been developed specifically to train loan officers the secrets and techniques to be successful, and to teach those who are ready to become trainers within our system how to build and manage top producing teams. We will train you to be a loan coach, we will recruit the loan officers for your team, manage the paperwork, office staff, marketing and more. All you need to do is train the recruits and enjoy the money. Plus, you will still have time to close your own loans.

New Loan Officers

If you are new in the industry, getting licensed as a loan officer, or are struggling to consistently close deals, we have the training system for you. We take candidates new in the industry and make them extremely successful with our exclusive training program. Someone is always available to help you out when needed. If you have a willingness to do what it takes to succeed and can follow our proven system, we want to talk to you.
