We are looking for a skilled and motivated Loader Operator to join our Aggregate Terminal team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Terminal Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is assisting other operators in the safe, efficient, and quality-conscious unloading and loading of bulk commodities to or from, railcars, trucks and storage facilities.

Job Duties:

· Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to all safety policies rules and regulations (Titan & OSHA).

· Participates in required safety trainings and meetings.

· Operates the aggregate and cement scales both in-bound and out-bound.

· Coordinates with local rail company on railcar movements (inbound and outbound).

· Submits daily rail orders to source plant personnel.

· Completes end of the day reports and close-outs.

· Use company dispatching programs (SAP/JWS) daily. Ensures order processing for cement and aggregate truck loading is performed correctly.

· Interact with customers and drivers with professionalism. Communicates safety requirements.

· Maintains scale certifications or alerts management of renewal requirements.

· Assists with month-end aggregate and cement inventory and reporting.

· Assists with monthly fuel inventory reporting.

· May participate in safety incident investigations and reports.

· Assist with truck and railcar loading and unloading as necessary.

· Ability to pass company test regarding scale-house operations.

· May be scheduled to work nights and weekends.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills.

· Must possess excellent communication skills.

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Familiar with basic hand and power tools.

· Mechanical background required.

· Physical job requirements include working outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights, and ability to lift to 50lbs.
