Job description

We are seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience for complex civil matters involving commercial and homeowners property insurance. The attorney will be responsible for a caseload of arbitrations in New York, and will also work on commercial property insurance cases in jurisdictions across the US, and will be admitted on a pro hac vice basis where necessary. Responsibilities include client reporting, examinations under oath, initial pleadings, written discovery and depositions, and hearings/trials.

While insurance experience is preferred, it is not required. You must be admitted in New York - no exceptions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
