• Be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand for most of their shift
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be prepared to work nights and weekends
• TIPS Certification is a plus

Wine Manager and Store Manager should: Manage day-to-day operations of the store and Wine Department including driving sales, execution of sales programs, pull list, store walks, shelf review, vintage/class issues, and product ordering

• Train and execute pricing and signage strategies
• Keep store clean and organized
• Utilize strong product knowledge and displays a passion for learning more
• Actively participates in the coaching, training, education and development of the team
• Effectively communicate and provide direction to the team
• Utilize solid sales and presentation skills to maximize customer service
• Assist Manager with the manager on duty responsibilities
• Motivate and coach team to succeed at accomplishing goals and daily objectives
• Will be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier
• Setup and Run tastings and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
