About us:

Lush's BBQ is a Utah-based Tennessee BBQ company specializing in catering, take-out and events. Richie Lush, the owner and namesake, brought his BBQ expertise to Utah in hopes of satisfying Utah's need for BBQ. The company has grown and Lush's now has a restaurant open in Park City.

We're looking for dedicated and personable employees to help this company continue to grow.

We pride ourselves in providing mouth-watering slow-cooked meats in an efficient and friendly manner, so we are looking for those who can keep up with a swift pace and cooperate effectively with other team members.

The restaurant hours are Thu-Sat 11-8 and Sun 11-9 with hopes to expand days/hours depending on available staff.

In addition to our Park City location, we also run a trailer in Kamas and consistently cater large events, so cooking opportunities extend beyond the Park City restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing a variety of meats to be cooked in the smoker.
• Maintain standards of high-quality customer service.
• Assist with all aspects of the BBQ restaurant, trailer, and catering business.
• Duties include but are not limited to; meat trimming, general kitchen prep.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds of boxed meats.
• 1 year of experience in kitchen prep and cooking experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
