We are looking for a cook to complete all prep and line cooking in a small family operated Thai Restaurant. Menu and recipes are established and prepared daily. Small kitchen with one chef and one sou chef, fun working environment. Willing to train the right person. Must be dependable, positive and hard working! POSITION IS LOCATED IN KETCHUM IDAHO.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Estimate food requirement
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
