We are seeking a two individuals to fill a couple of kitchen positions in a local restaurant located in Downtown Fairhope. Night time or day time spots available. Pay based on experience. Experience preferred. One position that is available is a full time position. The other position we have available is part time position that could potentially lead to a full time offer. Almost everyone on our staff, both FOH and BOH, has been with us for 5+ years, and we take tremendous pride in that.

If you have common sense and show initiative then there is room for growth and opportunity to make good money for what is required.

Some task for the line cook position includes; Preparing items for service, stocking your station, opening duties, closing duties, willing to learn more than one station or able to operate more than one station, use correct portion sizes, learn menu to execute items, and ability to be coachable and fit into our system.

The ideal candidate would be someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys the satisfaction of starting a task and seeing it come to completion, is open to constructive criticism, values a healthy working environment, and understands that their value to our company is more than just being an employee. Experience with dough, pizza, hand prepping all ingredients from scratch, and previous work in a high volume kitchen would be beneficial experiences to have for this position.
