Skopos Hospitality is a cutting-edge group of restaurants and bars located in Northern New Jersey. We are known for our craft cocktails and seasonal pub-style food menus, all set in uniquely designed spaces that transport our guests.
We are currently seeking part time Line Cooks at The Parkside Social!

Responsibilities
- After adequate training, we expect you to master each station in the kitchen
- Accurately handling food items to minimize waste
- Knowledgeable of equipment safety practices
- Accountable for food safety guidelines per Dept of Health
- Ability to learn, understand, and execute recipes
- Preparing mise en place for daily service
- Expected to show up in a timely fashion, in a clean uniform, in a clear-minded state of being
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year line cook experience
- Saturday and Sunday Night availability is required
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling
- ServSafe certification is a plus!

Physical Demands
