Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

About the role:

We are seeking a Line Cook to prepare quality meals for our guests. You will help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready. This position reports to the Kitchen Manager. If you love hospitality, food, or have a passion for sports, we would love to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Check inventory for ingredients and supplies, noting when more need to be ordered.
• Prepping ingredients before each meal service.
• Preparing dishes following exact recipe instructions (consistency is of utmost importance).
• Cleaning work areas once meal service is done.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• SERV Safe Certification within 7 days of hire (Company Provided).
• 2+ years of experience cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Experience with pizza, sauté, grill, pantry, fryer is preferred.
• Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques.
• Must have knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
• Must have good attention to detail.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment.
• Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
• This position will sometimes require you to have a flexible schedule.
