We are seeking talented Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You will work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in providing our members and guests an excellent dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all neccesary supplies
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance to club recipes
- Ensure that food comes out in high quality manner and in a timely fashion
- Comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Education:
- High school education (or GED or High School Equivalency Certificate)
- Culinary education preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of line cook experience in a quality club or restaurant
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
