Blowing Rock Brewing Co in Blowing Rock, NC is looking for line cooks to join our team. We will be offering a $250 sign on bonus to the right candidate.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Wages are highly competitive and will compete with market standards. We are also open to working with and can accommodate around school schedules.

Responsibilities

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Direct food processing and handling *Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

*Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail
