Job description
Deckhand Requirements:
· Cleaning, washing, painting, scraping, and other general maintenance of vessels
· Preparation of meals for crew
· Examine cables, wires, and lines before and after locking and docking activities to ensure they are fit for continued use
· Make and break tows using cables and lines in preparing barges for the loading, transporting, and discharging of aggregate materials
· Handle equipment and transport materials to various docks via water transportation
· Follow all guidelines and proper procedures set out by the USCG and the Company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115.00 - $235.00 per day
