Liberty Pointe in beautiful Doylestown, PA is looking for Full, Part and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Team! We are also offering 12 hour shifts!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
  • The LPN administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
  • The LPN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
  • The LPN assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
  • The LPN records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
  • The LPN assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
