DD Homes is currently looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our homes in Pekin and Lincoln, IL. This is a unique opportunity for the right person. Job Description:

· Supervise all services provided at multiple small residential homes (ICF/DD and CILA)

· Ensure that homes are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification

· Maintain census and referral list

· Develop and maintain marketing strategies

· Prepare and complete all accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll

· Perform all personnel functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, and scheduling

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 Year of Management and Supervisory Experience

· IL Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)

- Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

2 Years of Experience in the Field of Developmental Disabilities

3-5+ years of Management Experience in Social Services Field
