JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Vande Wellness (Integrative Ayurvedic Wellness Center) is looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team in Palm Coast, FL!
Our pay rates for Massage Therapists ranges between $25-$35. In addition, you will earn 100% of the tips that you receive from clients. Your hourly pay rate is determine based on your tenure with Vande Wellness and the number of service hours you complete. Vande Wellness is located at 4440 North Ocean Shore Blvd, Suite #103, Palm Coast, FL 32137, which is just 5 minutes away from the ocean and 10 minutes away from Flagler Beach, FL.

Primary responsibilities:
- Informing patients about the functions of each treatment.
- Preparation of suitable plans for the patient as per his/her condition
- Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition.
- Patient health monitoring: Regular follow-up with patient/client to review progress and health.
- Consulting senior technical team member for clarifications and changes in plans
- Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills
- Monitoring and evaluating the implications of treatments.
- Tailoring your approach to treatment based on results obtained, if needed.
- Ensuring that the office is stocked with fresh and well-maintained supplies.
- Find ways of improving customer experience
- Answer calls and queries of customers
- Prepare descriptions of Ayurveda treatments in the menu of spas
- Carry out therapies and Spa treatments.
- Meet and discuss treatment options with clients.
Requirements:
- Must Possess a Valid Massage Therapist License
- Will also assist in transfer of LMT license of other states.
- Willing to Undergo Background Check and Drug Test.
- Relocation allowance would be provided.
- Preference given to female candidates.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
