What you will be doing:*

• Conduct functional analyses for the purpose of identifying the variables controlling problem behavior

• Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans to address identified needs

• Establish appropriate data collection systems to measure and track progress

• Train staff and providers on the implementation of these plans

• Routine review and analysis of data to ensure treatment effectiveness

• Parent training and skill building at home and in the community

• Provide follow-along services as needed to ensure the successful outcomes

• Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner

• Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Clinical Director, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company

Qualified Candidates will have:

• NYS LBA + minimum of two years Experience
• Fingerprint clearance as required by NYSED

Must be able to work after school hours in the following locations: Locust Valley and East Meadow areas
