Troutman Pepper, a leading national law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based in our Atlanta office and will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts for on-campus recruiting, summer programs, entry-level and lateral associates, and other legal professionals. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and is able to be a detail oriented, efficient multi-tasker with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. The Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator will report to a Manager of Legal Talent Recruiting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain recruiting database/applicant tracking system, applicant files hiring statistics, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel logistics, reimbursement requests, offer letters, and other communications with attorney candidates.
  • Support multiple summer associate programs, including onboarding administration, tracking and reviewing summer associate assignments and evaluations, event planning and attendance, and budget tracking.
  • Assist with all aspects of law school on-campus interviews (OCI), including OCI registrations, candidate pre-selections, preparing OCI materials for attorneys and students, planning OCI receptions, and preparing callback interview schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistics for candidates.
  • Assist with on campus marketing activities, interacting with headhunters and other activities related to lateral and student hiring.
  • Support the regional recruiting committees, including scheduling and attending meetings, developing agendas, supporting the committee chairs and other activities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and with teams to promote consistent and efficient workflow processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service and partner effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within the firm as well as external contacts.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a hybrid, and in-office setting.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned to support the business needs of the department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of two (2) or more years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or other professional services setting strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
